Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed · August 2026
Loucet should be usable by anyone who wants to buy from us or read up on a formula, whatever way they use the web. We aim at the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, level AA.
What is in place
- The whole site works from the keyboard, including the bag and account panels, and the focus ring stays visible.
- Side panels close with Escape and announce themselves to screen readers as dialogs.
- Body copy, controls and labels meet at least 4.5:1 contrast.
- Animation is dropped when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Headings follow a real hierarchy and every page carries exactly one H1.
- Customer clips never autoplay and carry visible controls.
- Text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.
Known limitations
We would rather name what is missing than leave it out:
- Our signal colour #F80947 reaches about 3.6:1 on the light ground. It is therefore used only for large type and filled surfaces, never for body copy.
- Customer clips are not captioned yet. Each one carries its quote as text underneath instead.
- Product illustrations carry no alternative text of their own, because the name, category and size sit beside them as text.
Feedback

If we fail to remove a barrier to your satisfaction, you may contact the conciliation body responsible under the applicable equal access legislation.
