Shipping & delivery

Enter your order number and the email address you ordered with. Order numbers begin with LC and are in your confirmation email.

How long it takes

• Germany and Austria: two to three working days.
• Rest of the EU: three to five working days.
• Shipping is free over €80, otherwise €4.90.

Returns

You have fourteen days from delivery to withdraw. We also take back opened products if your skin does not tolerate them: write to care@loucet.com and tell us briefly what happened.
