For customers who film

The clips on our home page come from customers, filmed at their own basin. If you use Loucet and want to show how it looks on you, we would like to see it.

What we offer

• A flat fee per published clip, regardless of your reach.
• Your products free for as long as the clip is live.
• Credit with your first name, city and the product number under the clip.
• The right to withdraw at any time. One message and the clip is down within 48 hours.

What we ask

• Vertical, 9:16, filmed on a phone. No studio footage.
• Unretouched. No filters, no smoothing, no colour grading.
• Your honest experience, including whatever did not work for you.
• At least four weeks of use before you talk about results.
• Visible paid-partnership labelling if you post the clip yourself.

What we will not do

We do not script your lines, we do not cut a qualifier out, and we do not ask for before-and-after shots. A clip that only says good things is worth less to us than one that also mentions the retinal run-in.
