We are a small house with a closed range. That means few roles, wide responsibility and short lines. Working here means having a say in what we decide not to do.
How we work
- A four-day week at full pay, since the company was founded.
- Salary bands are visible internally. We place you in a band rather than negotiate.
- Remote is fine, with one week together each quarter in Paris or Grasse.
- No on-call, no weekend campaigns, no Black Friday night shifts.

Formulation Chemist
You own the bench work with our laboratory partner: reformulation, stability, and the compatibility testing that decides whether an ingredient survives our four rules.
Remote, EU · Part time
Customer Care, Skin
You answer the routine questions people actually ask, in writing, without upselling. A background in pharmacy or aesthetics helps more than a background in retail.
Paris · Full time
Operations Lead
You run stock, dispatch and returns, and own the number that matters most to us: how often a customer comes back for a second bottle rather than a first.
